Anderson Park Community Garden
Adding hands-on learning and healthy eating to the school curriculum
The Anderson Park community garden provides a space for the students at nearby University Community Academy to learn about urban agriculture and healthy eating. The garden is tended by the UCA Garden Club, a program that provides opportunities for after school enrichment. Master Gardeners from the Community Civic Club and Morehouse Botanical Gardens offer their expertise to help support the garden.
